The Ontario Ministry of Education School Councils guide, entitled School Councils: A Guide for Members is available to help members fulfill their mandate in the most effective and efficient ways. It explains the new regulations and outlines what the regulations mean for school councils, principals, and school boards. It explains in detail the roles and responsibilities of each partner, and outlines the areas in which school boards and principals are required to consult with school councils.
